Philosophy of Counseling:
I believe therapy is a collaborative effort between the therapist and client, and multiple studies show that the client-therapist relationship is the strongest factor in successful therapy.
My work is integrative, using multiple theoretical orientations. However, I am most influenced by psychodynamic, (our past influences who we are today) and cognitive behavioral (we can change the way we think and behave).
I offer a supportive, safe and non-judgmental environment where you can honestly explore your feelings and thoughts in order to heal and grow.
